Joel Malkin's Pick:

A team coming off two straight wins, with a full week off behind them heads into Sunlife Stadium on Sunday. There's no reason to say that a 6-4 Seattle team SHOULD beat a 4-6 Dolphins team. The Seahawks are on an upswing, Miami, not so much.

But, the 'hawks are just 1-4 on the road this season. Russel Wilson will be ready for Miami's defense. In fact, it seems most quarterbacks have been ready lately. I'm getting the feeling, however, that Seattle will have some trouble in the run game against Miami. I know the run defense hasn't been too stellar in recent losses, but you've got to think that the team used some of those extra days of preparation, after the Thursday night game, to come up with at least a temporary fix. That run defense was awesome earlier this season.

By the way, did anyone see Chad Henne throw 4 TDs for Jacksonville on Sunday?

I'm picking the Dolphins. Miami 20 - Seattle 19 (Keep your heart healthy, because this one will be a heart attack waiting to happen)
