The Love Doctors & Lexxus Monday - Friday 10am-3pm
"The Love Doctors" is a talk show that broadcasts from WZZR in West Palm Beach, Florida. "Not your Father's talk show," sums up the show in one phrase. As each NON-SCREENED call comes in, Dr. Rich (the host) asks, "What is on YOUR mind?" Show topics range from the serious to the bizarre. . .where one caller will ask a pointed question about Bosnia, the next will belch into the phone and hang up! It depends on your perspective, but the Love Doctors could be either the best and most humourous thing you've ever heard, or the absolute worst - but... YOU ARE STILL LISTENING, AREN'T YOU? Some of the appeal of the show are callers to the show. Unlike most radio talk shows there are no call screeners on this show, allowing any and all to participate. With NO time limit to the calls, Dr. Rich uses his AUTHORITY as host to handle the callers any way he chooses. During certain "Special Events," the Love Doctors will have guests on the show, although this is the exception and not the rule. Dr. Rich's interviewing ability manages to keep the audience entertained and well-informed. Previous guests include Porn Star Ron Jeremy, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Kurt Bevacqua, Grand Funk Drummer Don Brewer, and more.  |

WHO ARE THE LOVE DOCTORS?
DR. RICH is the host. He can either be your friend, or a worthwhile opponent. He rules the show with an Iron Finger (the one he uses to connect or disconnect the callers. Harvard and Yale educated, he is well-read with a superior intellect. Take him on, if you dare.... To send email to Dr. Rich:
 DR. GLENNis the obligitory sidekick. Jumping into the conversation with his trademark grunts, he is the BUTT of most of the jokes. You will always hear an occasional caller light-up the airwaves with a "Dr Glenn, you suck!" After several years, his torrid affair with Trixxie ended in a wedding.

With her amazing talent for accidental comedic genius, Love Doctors Co-Host Lexxus has become an icon of sorts in South Florida radio over the past decade. Becoming a regular fan, and station favorite of "The Love Doctors", Lexxus entertains, confuses, and mystifies a loyal listening audience in a way only she can.
